Bloomsbury Fitness is University College of London Union's gym, located at the heart of the Bloomsbury campus. The gym at this club is an excellent facility, with a fully equipped 90 station fitness suite and a group exercise studio. Whether your personal health and fitness goals are to lose weight, to get fit or to train for a sporting event, you're sure to be able to reach these at Bloomsbury Fitness. Equipment at Bloomsbury Fitness includes a full range of cardio equipment and all of the resistance equipment that you'd expect, allowing you to get a full workout with every visit. There is also a good range of free weights including dumbbells. A variety of fitness classes such as Spin, Zumba, Yoga and Circuits run regularly, available at an additional cost. Squash courts are also available to book for a small charge after 12pm Monday-Friday, free at all other times!
